IDA is led by Guillermo Tinoco, who combines deep ERP data knowledge with financial judgment. Clients work directly with him, backed by a team that builds and supports every tool.
Guillermo started his career at Boeing, solving complex manufacturing problems where quality and reliability were critical. At The Keystone Group, he worked on process improvement, operational strategy, and business transformation across a range of industries. He holds advanced degrees in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering from Duke and Columbia, and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. That mix of engineering, operations, and business experience is what lets him connect the data to how a company actually runs.
